Cause: The failure of the Actuator motor is the primary cause of Samsung printer error a1-4111. The error is caused by an incorrect network connection.

Solution:  If you own a Samsung printer, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Taking off the Right Side Panel -
  • First, turn off the power supply and disconnect the power cords.
  • You must also disconnect any data cables.
  • Because most printers have five screws that must be removed first. And, depending on the model, these will differ.
  • On the front, open the large lower front cover and then remove three screws on the printer's front right side.
  • Turn your printer backwards and then open the printer's back cover.
  • Remove two screws and their respective panel positions.
  • Finally, slide the right-side cover towards the back end.
  • Also, make sure it comes easily and quickly so you can set it aside.
  1. Repair the solenoid -
  • You must first remove the retaining screws.
  • Take it out and activate the work mode.
  • If it is missing, look around, and as the stickiness fades, a few layers of masking tape cut into small square pieces can be used to correct the error.
  • Simply reposition the foam pad and ensure that it is properly stuck only under the tab.
  1. Reassemble and test the unit -
  • If you don't want to touch any open electronics, connect the power cord to the source and see if the error goes away.
  • You must carefully inspect the motors and solenoids to ensure that they are operational and spinning properly.
  • You must now select power-up sequencing.
  • The next step is to unplug the power cord so that you can reinstall the panel.
  • You must begin reversing the disassembly steps.
  • Also, make certain that the screws are placed in a different location and into the correct hole.
  • Finally, connect your printer and have fun.
