Cause: The main causes of Samsung printer error code u1-2320 are:

  • Old driver
  • Overheating of Fuser unit
  • Virus or malware attacks

Solution: If you are a user of Samsung Printer then you can follow the step by step guidance as given below:

1. Check the Fuser Unit –

  • You must switch off your printer.
  • Check the fuser unit thoroughly.
  • You must ensure that the fuser connector is correctly connected.
  • Furthermore, the input voltage is normal.
  • Check to see if the thermistor is twisted or contaminated, or if it is working properly.
  • Reboot your printer.
  • Wait a while and then check to see if the error has been resolved.

       If not, continue to the next step-

2. Carry out a factory reset -

  • You must hold down the F8 key for a few seconds before selecting the Repair Your Computer option.
  • Now, select your username and password by clicking the next option.
  • Finally, you must select the system recovery option.
  • Press the OK button.
  • Press the back, power, and home buttons all at the same time.
  • A message will appear on your screen, prompting you to press any key to continue the process.
  • And, once the restoration process is complete, you can determine whether or not the error has been resolved.
  • If there are still problems, proceed to the next solution.

3. Update Device Driver –

  • The first step is to unplug the printer.
  • You must now press the Windows logo key and the R key at the same time.
  • On your screen, a run dialogue box will appear.
  • In the run dialogue box, enter devmgmt.msc .
  • Click the OK button.
  • A list of printers will be displayed. You must choose your printer from the list.
  • Right-click on the printer's name and select Uninstall Driver.
  • To complete the uninstallation, follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
  • When the process is finished, you must restart your computer.

Downloading the Printer Driver:

  • You must visit the official Samsung website and look for your printer model.
  • A new page will open after you click on your printer's name.
  • On this new page, you will see an icon with the word download written over it.
  • Choose the download option.
  • Allow it to finish downloading without interruption.
  • To properly install it, open it and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Restart your computer now.
  • You will notice that the most recent printer driver has been successfully installed.
